What is Documentary wedding Photography?

Hey guys, I’m Danny and I’m a Kent Wedding Photographer! In terms of style I’ve been called a documentary Wedding Photographer with a natural photo-journalistic style. As a Documentary Wedding Photographer , my focus is on capturing your wedding day in a natural way that tells the story and documents how you felt on the day. Nothing is staged and apart from out couples sessions everything is totally natural .It is important to me to encourage you to enjoy your day and forget all about the camera. These photos capture you as you really are and your photos can be relived in the years to come and bring the emotions right back.

During the wedding day I like to stay close to the moments as they happen. I’m always amongst the action whether that be during a game of giant jenga or on the dance floor, to ensure I’m ready for when something awesome happens.

Does this mean I don’t do couple shots or family portraits? Of course not, i’m more than happy to them and to create something special. However, its important to me that you don’t miss large chunks of the day because you’re taking photos so I make sure we’re not away for too long.
