Calke Abbey in Derby really is something special. The grounds are amazing and the stable rooms where the ceremony and reception take place make the perfect backdrop for a rustic wedding. Katherine & John tied the knot there earlier this year and it really was the perfect day!
After getting ready just around the corner, Katherine and John hosted a beautiful ceremony with John’s son as the ringbearer which was really special. The weather was on our side after the ceremony and me and me, my second shooter Sarah, and the happy couple was able to tour the grounds on the back of a cart which was a lot of fun!
The dancefloor was full from the first dance right until I left. I especially enjoy the wall of doughnuts they provided in the evening!
